My management style is primarily workshops, exercises in new skills with minimum theory. I teach communication skills in reaching an agreement, cooperation, handling difficult clients, sales games, and negotiations focused on cooperation. 
It happens during the training in mature negotiation teams that the training starts with the question “I wonder what you will tell.”  Many times, we don’t know where to start. I take this challenge and curiosity, so we can go further. The grades after training are no lower than 4.8 out of 5.0. I start by understanding the needs and time possibilities of the team, the boss, and the HR department. When training, I start with basic communication skills. Through recognizing communication preferences, sales ways and negotiations I teach many skills.  I show people how to change assessments with curiosity and turning fighting into cooperation. The results are inspiring. I serve and train companies with teams handling difficult clients, traders, and negotiators. I specialize in media purchasing, marketing services industry, the construction investment industry, insurance agents, accounting offices, and purchasing departments. I help young people enter adulthood during the Communication Masterclass and 15+ workshops. 

In business, – I show a practical map of how to move from weaker communication skills to full competence. Skills are taught in these areas: communication, cooperation, handling difficult clients, sales, negotiations focused on cooperation, replacing assessment with curiosity, and fighting – with cooperation. 

The results are inspiring, as I serve and train both SME companies, micro companies, and international corporations. Unfortunately, their problems are on a larger scale, which few people know about.
